CNA has over twenty years experience in nationwide and international projects, ranging from Wellington, Queenstown/ Wanaka to Whistler/ Canada and London/ UK. This is bought together with local expertise and networks that have been developed in Lake Wanaka and Queenstown since 2003. Local knowledge and relationships allow seamless integration of design services including costing /quantity surveying, structural design and coordination of both interior design and landscape design services. Our experience with local builders and subcontractors enables us to recommend or organize the right contractor for different building types and construction contracts. Architecture is a collaborative process between client; architect; design consultants and the numerous suppliers and tradesmen. Assembling the right team to deliver results can be as important as getting the design right.

We are service driven and can tailor our services to coordinate all aspects of your project to meet your requirements. We offer full services ranging from advice on site selection; selection of builders; smooth delivery of Building and Resource Consents; Project Management to the selection of fittings and fixtures and right down design of custom-built furniture.

Design and construction should be enjoyable processes creating a built product that is a medium for healthy and enlightened living or working. To this end we employ the latest technology to allow clear and seamless communication with local consultants, contractors and out of town clients. We are committed to sustainability and environmental sensitivity with solutions that range from high tech down to grass roots simplicity and logic.
